In-Office Membership Plan
We offer four membership plans: the LFCD Wellness Plan at $360/year, LFCD Wellness Plus Plan at $630/year or $55/month, LFCD Perio Wellness Plan at $700/year or $60/month, and LFCD Children’s Plan at $310/year for patients 12 and under. Payment must be made in full before the first appointment (monthly options available for select plans). All benefits must be used within one year or will be forfeited. Cancellation fees apply for missed appointments. Plans cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Loved being seen at this clinic. I had my first appointment with them today. Everyone from the front dest staff, dental assistants, hygienists through Dr Gulati took such great care of me. Very kind and professional. I appreciated their thoroughness. I especially liked how they are conservative when appropriate for treatment and don’t do procedures that aren’t necessary. They put the patient first. Highly recommend! You’ll be in great, safe, and gentle hands.

Everyone, from the reception, Nicole and Marianna, the assistant Jow Jow, and Dr. Messih, were nothing but kind and professionals. I’m seriously thinking about switching practice. I had a wonderful experience at my recent dental visit! The hygienist was very friendly, gentle, and thorough. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The doctor was also amazing, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. The whole team was professional, welcoming, and made the visit very pleasant . My teeth look amazing. I’m so glad I came here and will definitely be returning for future appointments!
